Scott created the Madison Blaze in 2018 because he wanted to create a reasonably priced alternative to the club soccer options in the area that considered the busy lives of families. The Blaze officially started in 2018 with 7 teams and has continued to grow since. He had served as the Director of the organization up until August of 2020. He has been the Head Coach of the 2005 Girls team the past 3 seasons, 2009 Boys team last season and prior to that coached the 2009 Girls team in 2018. This upcoming season he will be the Head Coach for the 2005 Girls and 2008 Boys-Inferno teams as well as serving as Vice President on the Madison Blaze Board.

The 2005 Madison Blaze Girls team has an amazing coaching staff that is dedicated to making the soccer experience welcoming, competitive but most of all fun! The staff works very hard to make sure that both the parents and the players have a good experience along with fostering an atmosphere that creates friendships that go beyond the pitch and the soccer season.

The team is highly competitive and will be participating in the Alabama State League A Division this upcoming fall. Every game will be captured on film using the Veo camera system and available for players and parents to view and create highlight reels. This upcoming season the players will be given the opportunity to mentor and assist younger teams with our new volunteering program to help boost college resumes for our players and help create a mentoring program to aid in the development of our younger players.
